SWA Architects was appointed by the Meridian Club, a luxury hotel located in the private island of Pine Cay, to undertake a major renovation and expansion of its facilities. The Phase 01 of the project included the test renovation of two guest rooms and the construction of two new guest cottages, set apart from the main buildings in an exclusive area by the beach. The 900 sqft (83sqm) cottages were designed to offer the guests perfect comfort whilst keeping the bare-foot relaxing experience proposed by the hotel. While the Phase 02 of the project focused mainly in the renovation of all the remaining guest rooms, the Phase 03, included the renovation of common areas and the addition of a new gym area.

I worked as the Project Architect of the scheme for SWA Architects from early design stages to completion of works of Phase 02 and Preliminary Drawings for Phase 03.
