A 3-suite bedrooms guest house of a new private villa by the beach of Grace Bay, in Turks and Caicos Islands. The house of approximately 5,000 sqft (464sqm) is located in the high-end neighborhood of Leeward, north cost of Providenciales. The house is organized in two levels around an infinity edge swimming pool and timber deck.

I worked as the Project Architect of the scheme for SWA Architects, since first preliminary sketches and up to commencement of works on site. Works are due to end soon!
